Syndr AI specializes in AI tools to help you grow your business.

By using Syndr AI chrome extension, visiting https://www.syndr.ai, or utilizing our plugins, you agree to these Terms of Use and the terms of the associated platforms, including Facebook. If you disagree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

If using the service on behalf of an organization, you affirm that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.

1. Service Definition

The "Service" refers to the Syndr AI Chrome Extension and website, both of which are designed to improve productivity when browsing social media. The tool enables efficient content discovery and management based on keywords, aiding both business and personal use.

2. Account Terms

  • Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.
  • Users are responsible for securing their account credentials.
  • Syndr is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized account access.
  • The Service must not be used for illegal activities, including copyright infringement.
  • Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • If security issues arise, users must report them to support@syndr.ai immediately.
  • Syndr grants a limited, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Service.

3. Subscription & Trial Policy

Monthly Subscription Plan

  • Users are given a 7 day free trial.
  • After the trial, users will be charged based on the selected plan.

4. Pricing and Payment Policy

  • Pricing varies by plan and geographic location.
  • Prices may change; updates are available at https://syndr.ai/.
  • Promotional offers may be available for select users.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Anytime Refund Policy

  • Annual Plan: Users can cancel anytime and receive a refund for the current and unused months (past months are not eligible).
  • Monthly Plan: Users can cancel anytime and receive a refund for the current month.
  • Users should contact support instead of initiating chargebacks to avoid delays and credit history impacts.

How to Cancel

  1. Visit the Billing page.
  2. Click the Cancel button and follow the instructions.
  3. Ensure the process is completed until the "Subscription Cancellation Successful" message appears.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Regularly review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Adhere to applicable laws and platform-specific policies.
  • Maintain account security and report unauthorized access immediately.
  • Log out from shared devices after using Syndr.

7. Compliance with Social Media & Third-Party Terms

  • The tool must not be used for scraping data, fake engagement, or violations of platform policies.
  • Temporary caching of social media data is performed to enhance user productivity and is deleted post-session.
  • Users should review third-party API privacy policies before integrating with Syndr AI.

8. AI-Generated Content Responsibility

  • Syndr AI is not responsible for text, images, or videos generated by AI models.
  • Users should exercise discretion when interacting with AI-generated content.
  • Syndr AI follows ethical AI principles and complies with platform policies regarding AI usage.

9. Copyright & Proprietary Rights

  • Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring their content does not violate intellectual property laws.
  • Syndr owns all visual interfaces, designs, and code of the Service.

10. Indemnity & Disclaimers

  • Users agree to indemnify Syndr against third-party claims resulting from misuse of the Service.
  • The Service is provided "as is," and Syndr is not liable for service interruptions, errors, or data loss.
  • Arbitration is the primary method for dispute resolution.

11. General Conditions

  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or resale of the Service is prohibited.

13. Account Restrictions & Limitations

  • Excessive activity may lead to social media platform restrictions beyond Syndr’s control.
  • Syndr is not responsible for third-party platform suspensions or penalties resulting from tool usage.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

15. International Compliance

  • Syndr AI adheres to U.S. trade regulations and does not operate in sanctioned countries.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Arbitration Notice

By agreeing to these Terms, users waive the right to jury trials and class actions. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
